How to exercise your rights (two methods):

We may request information to authenticate your request. We will respond without undue delay and within 45 days of receipt; where reasonably necessary we may extend once for an additional 45 days and will notify you within the original period. We provide responses free of charge up to twice per year per consumer; we may charge a reasonable fee or decline to act if a request is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive.
Appeals: If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email (or re‑submitting via the Contact form) with the subject line “TDPSA Appeal.” We will provide a written decision within 60 days and, if the appeal is denied, we will include an online method to contact the Texas Attorney General regarding a complaint.
Opt‑out mechanisms: You may opt out of targeted advertising or sale of personal data by (a) emailing us as above, (b) using the cookie/preferences controls on our site (where available), and (c) enabling a Universal Opt‑Out Mechanismsuch as Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser; we will honor UOOM/GPC signals as required by Texas law.
Sensitive data: We do not seek to process sensitive personal data via this website. If we ever need to, we will obtain consent before processing.
Other laws: If you are located outside Texas (e.g., California/CPRA or EEA/UK/GDPR), your local rights may also apply and you can use the same contact methods to exercise them.
