Digital Products – Return & Refund Policy

Applies to: Digital products only (e-guides, journals, templates, PDFs, downloads). Services and physical goods are not covered here.
All Sales Final
Because digital files are delivered instantly, all sales are final once the download link is sent or the file is accessed.
When a Refund Is Possible
Refunds are only issued in these situations:

Accidental Duplicate Purchase
You purchased the same digital product more than once with the same email/account. -
Technical Defect Preventing Access/Use
A confirmed issue on our side prevents you from accessing or using the file as advertised and we can’t resolve it.
Examples of a technical defect: corrupted file, broken/expired link we cannot reissue, or you received the wrong file.
Not refundable: change of mind, buying the wrong item, not meeting posted device/software requirements, inability to use the content as a clinical intervention, or unmet personal expectations/results.
How to Request Help or a Refund
Email amanda@liveandaligntherapy.com within 7 days of purchase and include:

Order number and purchase email

Product name
-
Brief description of the issue + screenshots/error messages (if any)
We’ll first troubleshoot/replace the file or resend your link. If we can’t fix a verified defect within 7 days of your report, we’ll issue a refund.
Processing Refunds (when approved)

Refunds go to the original payment method.

Banks/credit card issuers typically take 5–10 business days to post.

If refunded, your license to use the product is revoked and you agree to delete all copies.
License & Fair Use
Purchases are for one personal or practice license (non-transferable). Re-sharing, reselling, or distributing the files is not permitted.
