Important: These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase/licensing of our digital products (e‑guides, journals, templates, PDFs, downloads). By accessing the site or purchasing a digital product, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility & Scope

  • You must be 18+ to use this website or purchase.

  • These Terms apply to the website and to digital product purchases/licensing. (Therapy services and consultation services are covered by separate agreements.)

2) Account & Orders

  • You’re responsible for the accuracy of information you provide at checkout and for safeguarding access to your email/download links.

  • We may decline or cancel an order (e.g., suspected fraud or pricing/display errors). If a charge was made, we’ll refund it.

3) Pricing & Taxes

  • Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice prior to purchase.

  • You’re responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees.

4) Digital Delivery

  • After purchase, you’ll receive a download link or access instructions via email or on-screen. Keep your confirmation for your records.

  • If you don’t receive your link within a reasonable time, contact amanda@liveandaligntherapy.com.

5) License to Use (Digital Products)

  • Upon valid purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, single-user license to download and use the digital product for your personal use or your own practice (as specified on the product page).

  • Not allowed: sharing, reselling, sublicensing, re‑posting, or distributing the files or content to others; removing notices; or using the content to create competing products.

  • If a refund is issued under our Digital Refund Policy, your license is revoked and you must delete all copies.

6) Intellectual Property

  • All site content and digital products are protected by copyright and other IP laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Live & Align.

7) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Violate any law or these Terms;

  • Infringe on our or third‑party IP or privacy rights;

  • Upload or transmit malware or attempt to disrupt the site;

  • Engage in scraping or automated data collection without our written consent;

  • Misrepresent your affiliation or impersonate another person.

8) No Medical or Legal Advice

  • Website content and digital products are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute medical, mental health, or legal advice. They do not create a therapist–client relationship.

  • If you’re in crisis or considering self‑harm, call 988 (U.S.) or 911/local emergency services.

9) Refunds & Customer Support

  • Digital products are final sale. We only provide refunds for accidental duplicate purchases or verified technical defects we can’t resolve.

10) Third‑Party Services

  • We may use third‑party platforms (e.g., website host, payment processors, email service providers). Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices. We’re not responsible for third‑party websites or services.

11) Disclaimers

  • The website and digital products are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  • We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free, or that defects will be corrected.

12) Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/revenue/data, arising from your use of the site or products.

  • Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable product.

13) Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Live & Align and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the products/site.

14) Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules.

  • You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Ellis County, Texas for any dispute, unless otherwise required by law.

15) Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
